Dr.-Ing. Renate Weisse
The physicist Dr.-Ing. Renate Weisse is a patent attorney, European patent attorney and Master of Laws. Already in the third generation, she successfully represents domestic and foreign clients in her own patent law firm. She is admitted not only in patent matters at the German and European patent offices, the Federal Patent Court and the Federal Supreme Court, but also in trademark and design matters, including the European Union Office for Intellectual Property. In addition to applications for intellectual property rights, she also prepares license agreements, advises on employee invention issues and accompanies infringement proceedings.
Outside her practice, she publishes articles in technical journals, teaches as a lecturer at the Beuth University in Berlin on the subject of "Intellectual Property Protection" and regularly hosts events on Girls Day. Her book has been published by Springer VDI 2014 under the title "Erfindungen Patente Lizenzen". She lives in Potsdam and has three children.
